Russ Hodges, owner/designer 979 Eyewear dedicates his life to artistic endeavors. Designs come from elements of his own life experience. "Art is subjective, polarizing, it unites and sometimes divides us. I would rather hatred or love for the frames I produce. I am not designing from a place of boredom and hope for a visceral response."
